Woman’s sentencing delayed for diagnostic evaluation By Michael Sullivan GALLUP — Cenelia Becenti showed up for sentencing Monday morning in 11th Judicial District Court on charges of residential burglary and criminal damage to property, but after listening to comments from the defense and prosecuting attorneys, Judge Grant Foutz decided to delay sentencing until he is provided with a diagnostic evaluation.
